Task today was to set up a Glyph in Illustrator for Laser Cutting.

I selected ‘H’ because of its symmetry.

Within Illustrator our task was to then conceal the letter, with still being able to read what it is. This meant experimenting with overlapping shapes, lines and any way of covering up the letter to disguise parts. Second task was to embellish the letter and decorate it with still being able to read what the letter is.

As a whole, everyone selected a letter from the alphabet with the additional choice of either lowercase or uppercase.
