Identity Project

As a group we brainstormed on how we could create the new Identity as a brand. This is what we came up with;

• Leaflets for Promotion
• Business Cards for Design Buddies
• Stickers for Promotion
• Invites to engage people with TLK
• Website to advertise TLK, PAL and Design Buddies, Latest News, Events and Social activities.

We wanted the branding to be fun and inviting to all, because of this we decided to keep to a colour scheme of CYMK – Magenta, Blue and Yellow. These are fun simple colours that work together as a set and meant that each section of the brand could have a colour.

We decided to all take an element and develop an idea ourselves. I designed the business cards and initially wanted to stay away from the pie shape we used for the logo. I also realised afterwards that I was spelling ‘Buddy’ wrong to begin with, but changed the last one. I was going with a look simplicity and settled with the final design as the bottom far right idea as this was in keeping with the theme of our brand the most.

The leaflet was designed to have information about each element, it also was designed to fold out so that it’s safety pinned in the middle. All the other designs are great and together they all make a set for a brand.
