Before I start my illustrations I decided to have a look around at some cartoon styles. I have a style of my own however I’m interested in other ways I can illustrate to decide whether I try something new.

Simon’s Cat is a hand drawn style of cartoon, consisting of lined drawings, where attention to detail is made to help create the scene. This could be a direction I take my illustrations. In this case I would be creating less illustrations but with greater detail, and possibly lined drawings because there’s something great about them.
