Understanding the World Wide Web and mastering the Website Design is a mammoth task which is why I have been looking for sources to aid me in getting to grips with HTML.
HTML, XHTML and CSS for Dummies was my first choice, and after reading a few chapters, It’s brilliant. It will help me to:
- Develop and build Web pages using HTML, XHTML and CSS
- Work with content management systems.
- Plan and design Web pages with mobile devices in mind.
Structured in order I can follow the steps to learn everything I need to know.
If there’s something It’s missing, I’ve come across ’www.w3schools.com’. Which is great website that holds tutorials for every aspect of Web Design needed.
I have a basic understanding from my initial tutorials and with these guides, I hope to be able to create a website from scratch with HTML and a content management system (e.g. Joomla).
