First Brief Back

We need to create a series of three posters that share a visual graphic system/ convention that links them as part of a set. They all need to revolve around one distinctive theme, and as a group, we decided to choose History from the selection.

These posters need to present three ‘facts’ within History, however one of these facts has to be a lie. This is an exercise to present data through a system and style that makes the fake fact believable.

We have decided to narrow down the theme to an iconic point in History; WW2.

WW2 as a subject is a large area so originally we found it difficult in choosing facts which led us to narrow it down further to D Day, and then Omaha Beach.

We’ve found the facts we need and the next step is to choose a graphic system that will suit the theme and facts.
