Searching through books in the library, one in particular caught my attention.

3D Typography by Mark Batty Publisher

For me, this is typography at it’s best. Comparing experimental type to that of digital; it’s the unique quality each physical type project embodies that really makes them stand out and make a statement. It’s the fact that one creation, cannot be created exactly the same the second time round and how the designs are real and only as good as the maker. They’re inspiring.

This book is definitely one to pick up and have a flip through. There were one or two I wasn’t too keen on, but the skill, time and money that would have been involved in each project, makes them spectacular.
