Book Series After working with my Illustrations for my book covers, I’m happy with the final arrangement of the shapes behind the text. Next step is to water colour the illustrations. Ill be printing them off to then scan it back in water coloured.

This is development of my Charlie and the Chocolate Factory book cover. I have changed it to create more of a factory looking effect by creating an outer shape that represents a factory. Reading the title and seeing the imagery, it’s obvious now what I’m trying to get across in the designs.

This is a quick experiment with colouring in the shapes with water colour. I’ve only used two shapes just to demonstrate the effect it has. The smoke has turned out really well.
